Privacy Policy

Fripple Studios operates Piece-It Together, a multiplayer jigsaw puzzle game. This policy explains what information the game processes and how it is used.
Information we process
- Account information such as email address, login ID, display name, profile color, and avatar selection.
- Game information such as room membership, puzzle progress, achievements, inventory, virtual currency, and unlocked content.
- Technical information needed for multiplayer synchronization, authentication, security, and push notifications, including device platform and notification tokens.
- Service logs used to diagnose failures, protect accounts, and maintain the game.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts, multiplayer rooms, purchases made with virtual currency, puzzle progress, moderation, support, push notifications, fraud prevention, and service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Piece-It Together uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, realtime multiplayer services, and server functions; Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service for notifications; and Cloudflare for web delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while an account is active. Players can permanently delete their account from Player Profile in the app or use the web deletion page. Deletion removes the account and associated profile, room, inventory, unlock, notification-token, and gameplay data, subject to limited security or legal records that must be retained.
Children
Piece-It Together is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13.
Security and choices
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Notification permission can be changed in the device settings. Profile information can be edited in the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
