These terms govern use of Piece-It Together, operated by Fripple Studios. By using the game, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Keep account credentials private and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Guest sessions may be temporary and may not retain progress.

Game conduct

Do not disrupt rooms, harass players, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, access another person's account, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain virtual items through unauthorized methods. Hosts may remove players from their rooms.

Virtual items

Coins, power-ups, puzzles, avatars, and other virtual items are licensed for use within Piece-It Together. They are not legal currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Future purchases using real money will also be subject to the applicable app-store terms.

User and puzzle content

Only upload or use content you have the right to use. Content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate may be removed, and access may be suspended.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date on this page.

Termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for violations, security threats, fraud, or conduct that harms players or the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Fripple Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
